What you'll build:
We are searching for a working student on a long-term base to support the CPIT OPS SMO Organization within a small agile operating team of SAP basis system administrators.
Main tasks:
- Supporting internal communication and marketing-related initiatives (e.g., newsletters, presentations)
- Assisting in planning and organizing team events and workshops
- Helping with strategic project coordination and documentation
- Collaborating with IT colleagues on internal tooling and process improvements
- Preparing reports, visuals, and content for cross-functional meetings
What you bring:
Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field
Basic understanding of IT processes or willingness to learn
Being a team player
Fluent speaking and writing in English and German
Familiar in using Microsoft Windows and Office Tools like:
PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of tools like:
Microsoft Teams, JIRA is a plus
16 – 20 hours per week
Working from Walldorf office is required at least once a week
