Consultant Position for Maintenance System and Documentation Support

We are seeking operational support for maintenance systems and documentation for Trafikverket. This is a consultancy assignment with stationing in Gothenburg.

The position is full-time. The assignment involves close collaboration with the customer, which places high demands on flexibility and collaborative skills.

The assignment entails working in Trafikverket’s procurement organization with handling of maintenance data, facility information, and technical documentation for road and railway facilities.

You will become part of an assignment organization working with Trafikverket’s maintenance system IBM Maximo (GUS) and the document management system Chaos. The assignment includes handling incoming cases, quality assurance of facility information, documentation, and support to operations and investment projects.

The work is carried out in close cooperation with Trafikverket’s asset managers, receiving organization, and system management.

Job Responsibilities

The assignment is divided into two parts.

Part 1 – Data Coordination

In this role, you will work on, among other things:

• Handling incoming cases in Trafikverket’s operational mailbox.
• Quality assurance and loading of facility information in IBM Maximo and Chaos.
• Managing component assembly according to Trafikverket’s regulatory framework.
• Supporting investment projects and reception coordinators during handover to maintenance.
• Answering technical questions and providing user support within Maximo.
• Participating in testing of new features and updates in the system.
• Managing status assessments, system hierarchies, and technical system IDs.

Part 2 – Drawing Management

In this role, you will work on, among other things:

• Updating and re-drawing drawings in AutoCAD.
• Registering and managing documents in Chaos.
• Linking documents to components in Maximo.
• Ensuring quality documentation for handover from investment projects.
• Managing and moving documentation between different databases.
• Supporting operations with facility documentation.

Fluent Swedish spoken and written.

Part 1 – Data Coordination

Requirements (Mandatory)

• At least 3 years of experience with IBM Maximo.
• At least 1 year of experience with Adtollo Chaos or equivalent document management system.
• Experience with technical regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with coding systems for facilities.

Part 2 – Drawing Management

Requirements (Mandatory)

• At least 1 year of experience with AutoCAD.
• At least 1 year of experience with Adtollo Chaos or equivalent system.
• Experience with digital drawing management and re-drawing.
• Experience with document management in digital drawing databases.
