We are looking for a highly motivated working student to join our AI Lab and help scale AI adoption across the organization. This role combines program coordination, enablement, community engagement, and content development to help bring the latest AI innovations to customer-facing teams.
Program Coordination & Project Management- Support planning and execution of AI Lab initiatives and strategic work streams
- Coordinate activities across the AI Lab team, product owners, and stakeholders
- Track milestones, action items, risks, and project updates
- Help organize workshops, enablement sessions, and internal events
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables
- Develop and maintain AI knowledge libraries, playbooks, and reusable learning assets
- Create enablement content, learning journeys, and best practices for customer-facing roles
- Drive communication updates on new AI tools, capabilities, and innovations
- Partner with product managers and product owners to translate product updates into practical enablement materials
- Support regional adoption initiatives and gather feedback to continuously improve learning content
- Foster an engaged AI community through workshops, office hours, newsletters, and collaboration initiatives
- Explore and test new AI capabilities and translate learnings into scalable guidance for the organization
What you bring:
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: business, marketing, economics or a related field
- Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and continuous learning
- Strong interest in enablement, knowledge sharing, and helping others succeed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new AI tools
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, or learning content is a plus
- Experience organizing workshops, communities, or events is an advantage
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across global teams and stakeholders
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Working from the office in Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot is required two days a week
