Intellectt Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Help Desk professional to provide first-level technical support for internal users, hardware, software, and network systems.
You will deploy endpoint hardware/software and work with IT teams to resolve issues while building strong user relationships. Ideal candidates have an associate degree in MIS/CS or related field with 1–3 years of IT experience, basic ITIL knowledge, and familiarity with Service Now, Intune, AD/Azure AD, and Windows 10/11.
