Lead the complete ERP lifecycle, including business requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute the enterprise ERP roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Oversee Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementation and optimization.
Ensure seamless integration across finance, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and reporting systems.
Drive user adoption, change management, and training initiatives.
Manage large-scale, multi-country ERP and IT transformation programmes.
Establish project governance, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and risk management frameworks.
Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and system integrators to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive implementation and enhancement of transport management and supply chain systems.
Improve inventory planning, logistics visibility, and operational efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimise business processes.
Establish scalable IT architecture, cybersecurity practices, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Develop IT policies, SOPs, user access governance, and compliance controls.
Manage IT vendors, procurement, and asset lifecycle processes.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 12 years of IT leadership experience
, including managing enterprise ERP transformation programmes.Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
.Experience integrating ERP systems with finance, supply chain, logistics, and operational platforms.
Strong programme and project management experience across regional or multinational organisations.
Knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Experience working with system integrators, vendors, and external consultants.
Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor while managing multiple strategic initiatives.
