Customer Service Representative
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients by answering questions and resolving service requests.
- Assist clients with policy changes, claims reporting, payments, certificates of insurance, and other day‑to‑day insurance needs.
- Support agency producers by preparing applications, gathering information, and helping move business through the sales process.
- Process endorsements, renewals, new business submissions, and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions within the agency management system.
- Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain information, process requests, and assist with policy servicing.
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve client retention.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations to ensure exceptional client service.
- Continuously develop insurance knowledge and stay current on industry changes.
- Take ownership of client needs and see tasks through to completion.
