We are seeking a commercially minded Corporate Lawyer with strong Mergers & Acquisitions experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be a senior associate (approximately 5 years PQE post–training contract) currently working at, or trained in, a large international or top-tier law firm.

This role will support complex corporate transactions, strategic investments, and cross-border deals, and requires strong lateral thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.

• Advise on M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation (SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, etc.).
• Conduct and manage legal due diligence and coordinate with external counsel.
• Provide corporate governance and structuring advice for complex transactions.
• Work with internal business teams and senior management on deal strategy and risk assessment.
• Support cross-border transactions and coordinate with international legal advisers.
• Assist in transaction execution and closing processes.

• Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, etc.).
• 5 years PQE following completion of a training contract.
• Current or recent experience at a top-tier / international law firm.
• Strong M&A transaction experience.
• Demonstrated ability to think laterally and solve complex legal and commercial issues.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
