Legal Associate (FRESH GRAD/NQ/CONVEYANCING) KZ4
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare well-structured legal documents, opinions, and memoranda.
Advise and consult with clients on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring clear communication and practical solutions.
Review and analyse land registry documents, leases, and other property-related legal records.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and leases pertaining to property transactions, including residential, commercial, industrial, and shophouse properties.
Handle full-spectrum conveyancing matters, including purchases and sales, development projects, mortgages, property transfers, powers of attorney, and stamp duty compliance.
Assist senior lawyers on complex cases, contributing to strategy development and case management.
Develop and implement tailored legal strategies to meet clients’ objectives effectively.
Stay updated on changes in property law, regulations, and industry best practices to provide informed guidance.
Candidate Profile:
Singapore-qualified lawyers with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Candidates that are freshly admitted Singapore Bar are encouraged to apply.
