• Support the implementation of model stocks across our internal boutiques in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia
• Help create and update regular reporting and prepare ad-hoc analysis
• Review and analysis of fulfilment rates
• Build and maintain reporting's for the local Management
• Create performance presentations for the weekly retail meetings
• Be part of Supply Chain project across Southeast Asia
• Support the local Supply Chain team in the day-to-day business

• Use SAP and Business Warehouse to create reporting
• Create ad-hoc analysis for Management meetings

• Help to implement model stocks across all boutiques in SEAO
• Review the fulfilment for bestsellers and help to identify stock rebalancing needs across the boutique network
• Align the assortment with the Merchandising team

Help to execute Supply Chain projects

Define and improve supply chain processes for SEAO

• Able to thrive in a multicultural and dynamic environment
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Structured and well organized working style
• Experience with SAP and BW is a plus
• Experience with Power BI and Looker is a plus
