Long Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Planning and Analysis:
    Analyze material requirements to align with the Master Plan Schedule and ensure on-time delivery to support production goals.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    Provide precise and timely information on all parts supporting the plan to the Operations team, ensuring clarity and alignment across departments.
  • Expediting Critical Parts:
    Identify and expedite any parts that may cause production delays, working proactively to mitigate risks and maintain schedule adherence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Attend meetings with the purchasing department to obtain commit dates for material deliveries and report findings to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Shipping Documentation:
    Prepare detailed shipping documents for all outbound deliveries of parts in process and completed assemblies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Address material shortages, delays, or discrepancies by collaborating with suppliers, purchasing, and operations teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of material status, delivery schedules, and production impacts, providing regular updates to management and other interested parties.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proven experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations, preferably within an MRO or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00
