Maintenance Clerk – Pump & Pantry at Bosselman Enterprises
. The Pump Maintenance Clerk is responsible for maintaining the exterior of the Pump & Pantry.

• Paint inside and outside the facility.
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Operate power equipment, including power washer, mower, etc.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall outside appearance of the Pump & Pantry complex meets company standards.
• Complete entire work list each shift and turn it in to Operations Manager.
• Keep all cleaning supplies stocked, labeled, and properly stored.
• Practice all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Provide friendly and competent customer service.
• Report for work in a timely manner when scheduled.

• Assisting in other duties as assigned.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

• General maintenance and/or custodial experience preferred.

• Current valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to drive.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to change when required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well‑groomed and properly attired.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and any required shift.
• Reliable transportation and phone.
• Ability to communicate in English (if applicable).
