** 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m.

- 11:00 p.m.) 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 p.m.

** What You’ll Do
** In this role, you’ll help build the steel structures that make modern life possible — from traffic poles to cell towers to irrigation systems. We’ll train you on the tools, techniques, and safety standards that set Valmont apart.
** Your Responsibilities Include
*** Performing MIG welding on structural steel components
* Reading basic blueprints and work instructions
* Inspecting welds and ensuring product quality
* Following safety procedures and reporting issues
* Working closely with team members to meet production goals
** What You Bring
** We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to work hard, learn fast, and build something that matters.
** Ideal Candidates Have
*** A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools
* Interest in welding or fabrication work
* Ability to follow instructions and work safely
* High school diploma or GED preferred
* No prior welding experience required — we’ll train you
