$13.00/hr - $31.00/hr

Pay: $32.75+ hourly, DOE, paid weekly with OT. 4‑12 hour shifts per week: 5 week rotation, 1 week of nights, other days. (1 week with 4‑10 hour days).

• Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting safely at all times.
• Perform industrial maintenance: conveyors, compressors, hydraulic systems, kiln, boilers, electrical, welding.
• Disassemble/resassemble facility equipment to examine or repair.
• Fabricate metal pieces and replace gaskets as needed.
• Determine cause of malfunctioning systems and perform repair or replacement of defective components.
• Monitor equipment to ensure all repairs and testing are completed to ensure proper operation.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hydraulic system repair experience.
• Experience with compressors, conveyors and other industrial processing equipment.
• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• Heavy equipment repair experience.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to use a cutting rig – welding.
• Proficient with computers and systems.
• Knowledge of industry’s latest technology or experience working with electronics.
• This is 100% onsite; no remote work.
• Safety focused; excellent commitment to health & safety.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• DOT training.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste.
• Climb up and down vertical ladders.
• Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force.
• 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected; depth perception is critical.
• 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit‑ups (to determine fitness).
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Punctuality and attendance required.
• Respirator fit test upon hire; clean shaven face required (mustache okay!).
• Background check, drug screen and physical required.
