Base Pay Range$13.00/hr - $31.00/hr
Pay: $32.75+ hourly, DOE, paid weekly with OT. 4‑12 hour shifts per week: 5 week rotation, 1 week of nights, other days. (1 week with 4‑10 hour days).

- Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting safely at all times.
- Perform industrial maintenance: conveyors, compressors, hydraulic systems, kiln, boilers, electrical, welding.
- Disassemble/resassemble facility equipment to examine or repair.
- Fabricate metal pieces and replace gaskets as needed.
- Determine cause of malfunctioning systems and perform repair or replacement of defective components.
- Monitor equipment to ensure all repairs and testing are completed to ensure proper operation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Hydraulic system repair experience.
- Experience with compressors, conveyors and other industrial processing equipment.
- Industrial maintenance experience required.
- Heavy equipment repair experience.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to use a cutting rig – welding.
- Proficient with computers and systems.
- Knowledge of industry’s latest technology or experience working with electronics.
- This is 100% onsite; no remote work.
- Safety focused; excellent commitment to health & safety.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- DOT training.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste.
- Climb up and down vertical ladders.
- Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force.
- 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected; depth perception is critical.
- 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit‑ups (to determine fitness).
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Punctuality and attendance required.
- Respirator fit test upon hire; clean shaven face required (mustache okay!).
- Background check, drug screen and physical required.
