Our leading financial client is seeking a talented Brand Program Manager to join their team! The Senior Brand Program Manager leads execution of our client's enterprise brand rollout from soft launch through full external launch. Reporting to the SVP, Brand & B2B Acquisition, this role translates brand strategy into disciplined execution - driving integrated work streams, orchestrating agency delivery, and ensuring launch readiness across internal and external audiences.
This is a high‑visibility transformation role for a senior operator who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the master rollout plan across asset audit, internal and external rollout, employee and advisor assets, sales enablement, and website coordination. Manage dependencies, sequencing, readiness gates, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Drive accountability across workstream owners to ensure on‑time delivery.
Partner with primary and specialized agencies to translate strategy into briefs, work‑back plans, and deliverables. Oversee campaign and content execution across paid, owned, and earned channels. Manage approvals, QA, trafficking inputs, and performance coordination.
Lead weekly cross‑functional workstream meetings and agency operations meetings. Maintain integrated status reporting, risk tracking, and decision logs. Provide concise, executive‑ready updates and escalation recommendations.
- 7-10+ years in brand operations, integrated marketing, or complex program execution roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi‑workstream brand or marketing rollouts.
- Proven ability to manage agency partners and deliver against tight timelines.
- Strong cross‑functional influence in matrixed environments.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.00 to $55.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
