We are looking for someone to take full control of day-to-day warehouse floor operations — specifically picking, packing, dispatch flow, and team discipline.

This role is about execution.

You will be responsible for running the warehouse floor on a daily basis.

Your job is to ensure:

• Orders are picked fast
• Orders are packed correctly
• Zero wrong shipments
• Staff move with urgency
• The warehouse runs clean and disciplined

You are not designing strategy. You are enforcing standards and driving output.

• Assign picking lists to staff
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently
• Double-check high-value shipments before dispatch
• Maintain strict packing standards
• Reduce order processing time

• Monitor daily output per staff
• Push for continuous improvement in picking speed
• Ensure no idle time during peak hours
• Coordinate manpower allocation based on workload

• Drive near-zero picking errors
• Identify root causes of mistakes and correct them immediately
• Enforce SOP compliance strictly
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse layout
• Ensure barcoding / scanning procedures are followed correctly

• Supervise warehouse assistants directly
• Train new staff on picking and packing processes
• Set daily expectations clearly
• Maintain strong discipline and accountability

• Work closely with the Logistics Manager and Sales Team
• Escalate stock discrepancies immediately
• Ensure urgent orders are prioritised correctly

• Picking accuracy rate
• Packing error rate
• Order turnaround time
• Output per worker per day
• Warehouse cleanliness and organisation
• Team punctuality and discipline

• 3–6 years warehouse operations experience
• Experience supervising floor staff
• Strong personality — able to enforce discipline
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Physically comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Able to handle pressure during peak periods
• Familiar with barcode systems / inventory systems (preferred)
