This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven banker with strong agricultural lending experience to lead a branch and help grow the bank's presence in the community. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of ag and commercial relationships while providing leadership to branch staff and driving local business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a high-quality ag and commercial loan portfolio
* Lead branch operations, staff development, and community engagement
* Develop new business and deepen existing customer relationships
* Ensure sound credit practices and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of agricultural and/or commercial lending experience
* Strong credit analysis, leadership, and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
* Deep connection to the local ag community
