IDE Roulant
Nous recherchons un(e) IDE roulant alternant un travail de coordination de jour et un travail de soins en nuit.
Tâches principales :
- La prise en charge opérationnelle et le suivi des patients en HAD
- La formation des intervenants du domicile
- La participation à la continuité des soins
- Gestion des urgences
Prérequis : diplôme d'Etat d'infirmier déclaré et inscrit sur le fichier RPPS
Salaire : CCN 51 : à partir de 2 900€ brut avec dispositifs conventionnels : ancienneté, prime décentralisée, astreintes…
Véhicule de fonction + ordinateur et téléphone Planning défini le 10 du mois précédent pour le mois complet. Pas de vacances pendant les vacances scolaires.
