Missions

Pilot, organize, and coordinate the implementation and administrative and pedagogical follow-up of the activities of a center, as well as the financial follow-up by delegation of the director of the Local Public Establishment for Agricultural Education and Training and the animation of the team.

Description of missions:

• Build and retain a network of actors to promote and develop the center's activities
• Design, organize, and animate the work necessary for the elaboration, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the center's project
• Organize, coordinate, and control all center activities: human resources management, pedagogical functioning, center life, administrative organization and planning
• Manage the administrative and delegated functioning of the director of the establishment and the financial functioning of a center
• Design, organize, and manage actions in response to public or private orders
• Organize the life of trainees and/or apprentices, enforce the internal regulations, and coordinate the follow-up in companies
• Organize, plan, and supervise administrative work in the center in respect of orders and deadlines
• Prepare and present in the consultation and validation instances, the initial budgets, the modifying decisions, and other deliberations
• Actively participate in the management meetings of the EPLEFPA

Relational scope:

• Internally: CFPPA team, management team, territorial CFA team
• Externally:
  Academic authority, CRIPT, natur'académie network (in particular other CFPPA directors of the region), professionals of the landscape and horticulture in the broad sense, local authorities
