About the role

We are now looking for a Terminal Operator for our Oil Terminal (Oil Harbor) in Malmö for a temporary position of one year.

As a Terminal Operator, you will become part of a committed team responsible for the daily operations of the terminal. Together, you will ensure that the operations are conducted safely, effectively, and with high quality.

The role is varied and suits you who thrive on both practical work and technical systems. You will work closely with colleagues, entrepreneurs, and tanker drivers in an operation where safety, collaboration, and responsibility permeate everything we do.

About the Terminal Unit within Global Fuel

The Terminal Unit within Global Fuel is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Circle K's terminals in Europe – a total of 19 terminals in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland, and Germany – as well as three terminals in the USA.

We are also responsible for the implementation of terminal-related investment and improvement projects. The operation comprises around 100 employees and is characterized by a high safety focus, responsibility, and close cooperation between our terminals.

About the role

As a Terminal Operator, you work together with your colleagues to ensure a safe, stable, and effective operation of the terminal.

The work is varied and includes both practical tasks on the site and monitoring of the terminal's processes from the control room. You will collaborate with colleagues, tanker drivers, entrepreneurs, and other internal functions to ensure that operations function as they should – every day.

No two days are alike, and you will have the opportunity to develop in an operation where safety, quality, and continuous improvements are in focus.

Your tasks

Among other things, you will:

• Perform operational, control, and maintenance work according to applicable routines.
• Ensure that safety, work environment, and quality routines are followed.
• Participate in the terminal's preparedness, according to schedule.
• Collaborate with entrepreneurs on maintenance work.
• Document work performed and report deviations.
• Contribute to developing and improving our working methods.

We believe that you have

• Technical education or equivalent work experience in, for example, industry, process, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
• Experience from oil depot, process industry, or other technical operations is meritorious but not required.
• Good technical understanding and an interest in how facilities and processes work.
• Good computer skills.
• B driving license.

Since our group's language is English, you need to be able to communicate in both Swedish and English.
