About

The Role

As a Support Area Manager at Fortnox, you will lead a group of Support Managers and have overall responsibility for one or more business areas within Customer Support. You will ensure that your area delivers a support experience with high quality, good efficiency, and a strong customer focus - both today and as the business develops.

You will create conditions for your Support Managers to succeed through close leadership, clear goals, and continuous coaching. At the same time, you have a long-term responsibility for developing your business area through business development, change management, competence development, and data-driven improvements that strengthen Customer Support's quality, efficiency, and scalability.

The role involves close cooperation with Product, Design, and Development where you translate customer insights into improvements, prioritize development initiatives, and ensure that Customer Support's perspective is included when Fortnox products and services are developed. You are part of Customer Support's management group and report to the Head of Customer Support.

Among other things, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Support Managers.
  • Ensure a stable, qualitative, and effective support delivery within your area.
  • Follow up on the business's goals, key figures, and budget and convert insights into improvements.
  • Drive strategic improvement and change work for increased quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Ensure the right competence, capacity, and organizational prerequisites to achieve the business's goals.
  • Convert customer insights into improvements through close cooperation with Product, Design, and Development.
  • Be an active part of Customer Support's management group and contribute to the overall development of the support organization.
About You

You are a confident and inspiring leader who develops other leaders and creates conditions for high-performing organizations. You have a strong business focus and are driven to develop both people and working methods. You combine a strategic perspective with a good operational understanding and have the ability to translate long-term goals into concrete results.

You are motivated by developing businesses, building structure in change, and using data to make well-founded decisions. Through a coaching and trust-based leadership, you create engagement, clarity, and a common direction.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

  • Several years of experience in leading managers or other leaders.
  • Experience in developing organizations, processes, and working methods in a changing business.
  • At least 5 years of experience from customer service, support, or other service activity.
  • Habit of working strategically with goals, key figures, and business development.
  • Experience in change management and driving improvement initiatives.
  • Good analytical ability and a data-driven working method.
  • Ability to create engagement, build partnerships, and lead through others.
  • Very good communicative ability in Swedish and English.

Meriting is experience with financial products or work in a product-close organization.
