Operations Manager - Gothenburg and Anselmo GrainThis position works closely with the Location Manager and both locations and oversees the day-to-day operational activities of the grain elevator. This includes the coordination of elevator operations staff in receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transporting grains.
Requirements/EducationHigh School certificate or equivalent, supervisor experience (2 years), grain handling experience (2 years), customer relation skills, strong leadership skills, technical & mechanical skills, safety oriented, dependable, experience in Microsoft Office programs, be able to use the cooperatives accounting system, perform duties that are physical in nature, and be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
