Position: Industrial Trailer Painter
Location: Beaver City, NE
Pay Rate: $20/hour (training wage; higher based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Ability to leave early once daily schedule is completed

The Industrial Trailer Painter is responsible for prepping and painting a variety of trailer products in a licensed paint booth environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Training is provided and typically completed within 1–3 weeks.

• Set up, prep, and paint utility, gooseneck, flatbed, equipment, car, and dump trailers

• Prepare steel surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion

• Apply paint using paint guns and related equipment

• Stage and move trailers through the paint process

• Work in a licensed paint booth while wearing required PPE, including a Tyvek paint suit

• Clean and maintain painting equipment and work areas

• Follow safety, quality, and production standards

• Ability to maneuver over, under, and around trailers, including hard-to-reach areas

• Ability to operate a paint gun (on-the-job training available)

• Ability to work in hot and cold conditions

• Ability to lift 25+ pounds frequently

• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb on and off trailers

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Training wage starts at $20/hour or more depending on experience
