Warehouse Specialist

Overview

How will you make an impact? You will help Green Cover maintain accurate and clean warehousing of our seed products to be ready for sale to customers. Training will be provided to ensure you perform at a superior level.

• Warehousing of seed and maintaining product integrity inside the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading customers and trucks using a forklift.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and notify the correct personnel to help fix them.
• Follow all safety, health and other company policies and procedures.
• Fill 50 lb bags with seed and stack manually on pallets.
• Record all inventory data in the inventory management software.
• Operate forklifts as required to move product.
• Operate other machinery when needed to move seed: skid steer, tele-handler & forklift.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. Citizen or authorized worker.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work as a teammate.
• Willingness to learn how to operate forklifts and other equipment.
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.
