Position: General Production Laborer
Location: Ravenna, NE
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Type: Temp to Hire

• Safely operate cookers and reactors

• Sanitize equipment including overhead hoists and cooling press

• Filter and pack rendered fat

• Maintain proper temperatures, pressures, and system levels

• Unload liquid tankers and process liquid product

• Operate electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts

• Maintain production records and reports

• Perform mid-shift cleanups and full sanitation procedures

• Follow all Food Safety, Quality, and Safety policies

• Ability to read and understand simple English instructions

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

• Ability to lift up to 50–60 pounds occasionally

• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and industrial environments

• Strong commitment to safety and GMP standards

• Willingness to wear required PPE and follow lockout/tagout procedures

• Exposure to heat, vibration, moisture, and machinery

• Moderate noise levels

• Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout shift
