• Operate robotic gas welding equipment as required

• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment

• Inspect welds for visible and non-visible defects, including spatter, incomplete welds, rough finishes, and sharp edges

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required

• Working knowledge of blueprint reading preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds

• Prior welding experience preferred

• Moderate physical demands, including frequent lifting/moving of 25–50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 70 pounds

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts)

• Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, and reach throughout the workday
