CMM Programmer​/Quality Applications Engineer

Position Title:

CMM Programmer/Quality Assurance

Location:

Hebron, Nebraska

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

• Develop, debug, and optimize complex CMM programs using CAD models and blueprints (PC-DMIS) to measure 2D and 3D dimensions.
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process checks, and final inspections to verify part conformance.
• Interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y145.5 standards to define measurement strategies.
• Analyze measurement data, perform root cause analysis for non-conforming parts, and collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturing processes.
• Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain records in compliance with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 901, AS9100).

• Experience in machining, engineering, or quality assurance preferred.
• Strong communication skills & exceptional attention to detail.
• Program CMM setup & operation or possess the talent to understand the programming concepts.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and proactively solving problems.

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (can be flexible)
