Position Title:
CMM Programmer/Quality Assurance
Location:
Hebron, Nebraska
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
Core Responsibilities- Develop, debug, and optimize complex CMM programs using CAD models and blueprints (PC-DMIS) to measure 2D and 3D dimensions.
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process checks, and final inspections to verify part conformance.
- Interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y145.5 standards to define measurement strategies.
- Analyze measurement data, perform root cause analysis for non-conforming parts, and collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturing processes.
- Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain records in compliance with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 901, AS9100).
- Experience in machining, engineering, or quality assurance preferred.
- Strong communication skills & exceptional attention to detail.
- Program CMM setup & operation or possess the talent to understand the programming concepts.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and proactively solving problems.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (can be flexible)
