Construction and assembly of exterior walls in accordance with required specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform the required procedures of framing and paneling the exterior walls.
* Basic knowledge and the ability to use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools measuring devices, hoists and other equipment as required by the specific job.
* Build headers per print by nailing together with insulation inside.
* Cut jack studs to required length based on print.
* Put headers and jack assembly on table and nail together.
* Cut bottom sill plate and install in window assembly.
* Install insulation in-between studs.
* Glue and cover with OSB and staple in place.
* Glue and cover with sheetrock and screw in place.
* Raise wall into rack.
