Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (shifts may expand to 5:00 AM-5:00 PM during production) + some Saturdays

Associated Staffing is hiring a Loader/Operator for an agricultural production facility in Gibbon, NE. This role starts in load-out operations and may transition into production based on performance and preference. Candidates should be reliable, safety-minded and comfortable working in a variable-paced environment where workload depends on production demand and seasonal activity.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely handling materials, operating equipment, and assisting with chemical loading and production support. You'll work on an elevated platform using hoses to fill containers, follow detailed instructions and ensure accurate measurements and safe handling procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Load and unload chemical materials into proper containers

• Operate hoses and monitor flow meters during transfer processes

• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Perform basic computer data entry and tracking

• Assist with production and load-out operations as needed

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Support equipment operation and basic troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and strong work history required

• Ability to follow directions and work independently

• Basic computer skills required

• Mechanical aptitude preferred

• Agricultural or farming background is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal production environment
