Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Technician to support production and distribution operations for infrastructure and agricultural products. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are accurately stored, processed and shipped to meet customer expectations and production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Store, pick, pack and scan outgoing orders accurately
• Prepare materials for shipment and ensure proper handling
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Follow all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Operate within a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Support overall efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift and/or crane experience preferred (certification provided on the job)
• CDL is a plus
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions & decimals)
• Ability to follow written, verbal and diagram instructions
• Must be able to communicate in English

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Must be able to wear required PPE including:
  • Metguard boots
  • Protective eyewear
  • Hard hats
  • Gloves
  • Ear protection
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
