Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site Payrate: $22.70/hr Required Availability:
Full-Time | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 12-hour rotating schedule MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for supporting daily production operations including packaging, labeling, inspection, assembly, and machine operation while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate and support production machinery and equipment Perform filling, packaging, labeling, assembly, and inspection tasks Maintain accurate production records and documentation Follow FDA, GMP, and ISO procedures and guidelines Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety requirements Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance:
Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience Ability to read and understand written instructions in English Basic math and problem-solving skills Strong attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation required Ability to work effectively in a team environment Take the Next Step!
