Cleaning of interior of homes (sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and any other appropriate means) while using proper cleaning supplies in accordance with required specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Clean the interior of homes using appropriate tools and supplies.
* Adhere to plant rules, procedures and policies.
* Vacuum out cabinets and wipe down inside and outside.
* Putty nail holes in all trim.
* Wipe down countertops, backsplash, furnace and water heater, and apply stickers.
* Vacuum register vents.
* Clean and wipe all inside of windows and doors.
* Clean outlets and switches.
* Mop all hard floor coverings.
* Complete all computer work.
Education:
* High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.
