Tyson Foods - - Responsibilities:
Perform set-up and verify department is prepared for the days production;
Lead stretching at the beginning of the day;
Communicate with other Leaders and Managers during lot changes and throughout the day to maintain quality and line flow;
Complete departmental audits on equipment, product and work performance throughout the day as required; capture and record all required data;
Monitor all areas within the department that effect efficiency
