• Operate and maintain lathes, milling machines, and CNC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Take precise measurements using tools such as micrometers, gauges, and dial indicators
• Set up machines and adjust settings for optimal production
• Monitor production and perform quality checks on finished parts
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with material handling and workflow within the shop
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Previous machining experience preferred (manual and/or CNC)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, repetitive motion)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and be cross‑trained in multiple areas
