Job Overview
KAAPA Partners Aurora, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented team leader for an Assistant Production Manager role in our ethanol production facility.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Production Manager in monitoring and reviewing daily production levels.
- Complete all reporting requirements.
- Supervise production crews.
- Oversee shutdowns and start‑ups of the plant.
Physical Requirements
Monday‑Friday, 5p.m. – 1:30a.m. Shift with call‑in availability as the plant operates 24/7.
Must be able to exert up to 75lbs occasionally and 30lbs frequently.
Qualifications5–10 years of relevant experience in the ethanol industry and excellent problem‑solving skills while maintaining quality standards.
