Perform skilled labor in a manufacturing facility making floating boat docks and decks.

• Cleaning of aluminum boat dock components prior to shipment to the customer.
• Measure and cut material used in a finished product.
• Use a measuring tape and read measurements accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Use different power tools without difficulties such as wire wheel brush, hand saws, table saws, grinder, drill, miter saw, etc.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Indoor facility with potential for some outside work.

• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• General knowledge with hand tools, power tools, to include but not limited to drills, saws, and grinders for measuring and cutting materials.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools preferred.
• Experience cutting metal using a compound miter saw.
• Experience using a 40’ tape measure to make precise cuts.
