As an Industrial Spray Painter you will be responsible for applying protective and cosmetic coatings to a variety of industrial products ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to specifications. Your expertise will contribute directly to the durability and visual appeal of our products.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding masking and applying primers or undercoats as necessary.
• Operate and maintain various spray painting equipment including airless and conventional spray guns.
• Mix paints and other coating materials to specified colors and viscosities.
• Apply coatings to products according to work orders and quality standards ensuring consistent and even coverage.
• Inspect finished products for defects such as runs drips or unevenness and perform necessary touch-ups.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area including proper storage and disposal of materials.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Proven experience 2 years as an industrial spray painter preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Thorough knowledge of different painting techniques materials and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the proper use of PPE.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
