Quality Control Technician

Location:

Cozad, NE

• Training Period: $17.75/hour (Day Shift)
• After Training: $19.60/hour (Night Shift)

Training (First 30 Days):

• 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM for several weeks
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM for several weeks

After Training:

• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• 12-hour rotating schedule
• Work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on
• Every other weekend required

• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process
• Verify products meet quality standards and specifications
• Complete quality control reports and documentation
• Identify and communicate quality concerns
• Work closely with production teams to maintain product quality
• Follow established quality and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Dependable attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality and safety standards

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, bending, and movement throughout the shift
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
• Steel-toed boots required
