Packaging Operator

Packager – C Shift

The Holdrege, NE plant runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, producing 2.3 billion medical devices annually.

Shift time: C Shift 6:20 AM - 6:30 PM.

• Operate packaging machinery and equipment.
• Handle quality responsibilities: discard obviously defective packages, remove and save contents, check packaging for correct count, inspect syringes for damage, verify lot control numbers, insert brochures as required, palletize finished product, attach proper pallet card, and operate semi‑auto tape machine.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic computer keyboard and navigation skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and the ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.

• Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commit to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Show regular, punctual attendance.
• Display strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team‑based environment.
