Elevator Worker - Fullerton, NE

ADM is seeking a reliable and safety-focused individual to join our grain operations team. This position may include a variety of duties related to grain handling, equipment operation, facility maintenance, and general labor.

Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:

• Dumping and loading semi-trucks
• Operating grain dryer, stacker, and related equipment
• Assisting with grain handling operations
• Performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Completing general maintenance tasks as needed
• Following all company safety policies and procedures
• Working independently or as part of a team depending on operational needs

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Regular and prompt attendance

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Flexibility to work effectively in a team environment

Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including but not limited to:

• Standing or sitting for prolonged periods
• Working in confined spaces
• Working from heights
• Bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and climbing ladders
• Working in various conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and other outdoor or industrial environments
• Lifting up to 55 pounds without assistance
