Glass Production Team Member Wanted

We are looking for a new colleague to join the ice cream family! Someone who loves ice cream as much as we do and wants to be part of a close-knit team.

The heart of our operation is production. We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of our team, every day, with great passion, to produce our good ice cream. In production, we are three people working in three different areas of responsibility; cook, machine operator, and packaging of our finished products. We have work rotation within these three areas.

In your role as cook, your main duties consist of making ice cream according to unique clear recipes, cleaning, and general maintenance of equipment and machinery.

As a machine operator in production, you work with machine assembly, production and supervision of the same, machine care, cleaning and disinfection of machines, tanks, and floors as well as packaging of finished products. At this workstation, there are two people and they switch duties during the day.

Qualifications:

To thrive with us and perform a good job in the different roles, the following qualifications must be met:

• Engaged, flexible, and responsible as a person.
• Like to work and want to be part of and contribute to the business.
• At least 3 years of work experience in food production and thus a great understanding of the flow in production. "The ice cream's journey to packaging" or as we say "From cook to cup".
• Logical thinking that allows you to see the whole process; before, during, and after.
• Responsive to be able to take instructions and directives.
• Good knowledge of mathematics and proficiency in Swedish in reading, speaking, and writing.
• Accurate and persistent.
• Truck license and a technical interest are meritorious.
