Job Details DescriptionRework defects, perform line and yard changes and correct material shortages in accordance with required specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform the required procedures of reworking defects, performing line or yard changes and correct material shortages.
- Understanding of blue prints, production orders and the ability to layout and build product accurately.
- Use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices and other equipment as required by the specific job.
- Prep work areas when needed including prepping windows before texture/paint and remove covers when done.
- Sand and touch up drywall.
- Required to learn basic pain pump maintenance.
- Application of interior paint by spray and roller methods
- Pull paper covering off of floor and clean the unit before it leaves the building.
- Water proof shower if needed.
Education:
- High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.

Will be required to layout product accurately based on the blueprints Knowledge of the reading of a tape measure and blueprints. Construction experience & the use of a large variety of construction tools is required
