* ADM is seeking a reliable and safety-focused individual to join our grain operations team. This position may include a variety of duties related to grain handling, equipment operation, facility maintenance, and general labor.

** Responsibilities*
* Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:

+ Dumping and loading semi-trucks

+ Operating grain dryer, stacker, and related equipment

+ Assisting with grain handling operations

+ Performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Completing general maintenance tasks as needed

+ Following all company safety policies and procedures

+ Working independently or as part of a team depending on operational needs

** Job Requirements*
* To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

+ Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury safety culture

+ Ability to understand and follow all company safety procedures

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Regular and prompt attendance

+ Ability to maintain a professional image and a positive, respectful attitude

+ Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

+ Flexibility to work effectively in a team environment

** Physical Requirements*
* Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including but not limited to:

+ Standing or sitting for prolonged periods

+ Working in confined spaces

+ Working from heights

+ Bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and climbing ladders

+ Working in various conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and other outdoor or industrial environments

+ Lifting up to 55 pounds without assistance
