Oversees dryer packagers, records readings, moisture and adjustments, and performs minor mechanical repairs;
Follows safety work rules and reinforces Safety as a Core Value;
Completes master sanitation schedule and performs pre-operational sanitation inspections;
Monitors product quality, code dates, and paperwork distribution; operates and startups/shuts down dryers;
Reviews and corrects packaging, stacker, and filler deficiencies; performs data recording and sampling
