Job Summary:

Perform sanitation duties that result in a high standard of sanitation in the breaking, washer and egg belt areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall equipment cleanliness and sanitation of breaking, washer and associated areas.
• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly master sanitation schedules for processing area.
• Follow all SOP's and adhere to the Safe Chemical Handling Policy.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

No prior experience or training.

Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Able to do minor disassembly and maintenance on equipment
