Post Holdings - - Responsibilities:
Responsible for the nightly CIP/COP process and ensuring they are completed in accordance with MFI standards.;
Assist in the scheduling and daily work assignments of the sanitation personnel.;
Responsible for the overall environmental cleaning of breaking, transfer, inedible and processing areas.;
Monitor and regulate the amount of chemicals used in the sanitation CIP process.;
Disassemble, clean and re-assemble production pumps.
