Feed Mill Operator Gordon, NE

Legacy Coop in Gordon is looking for a full-time Feed Mill Operator/Technician. The Feed Mill Operator is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the feed mill equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality animal feed. The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards, teamwork, and attention to detail to meet production goals and regulatory requirements.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust feed mill equipment to produce feed according to specifications.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure feed meets standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and report mechanical or operational problems.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in feed mill operations, manufacturing, or a similar environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to dust and noise.
