Seasonal Grain and Agronomy Operator

CPI is seeking a dedicated Grain and Agronomy Operator to join our expanding team. CPI is proudly committed to our "Making Local Matter" initiative by forging enduring partnerships with local farmers and actively supporting the communities of Northern Kansas and Central Nebraska. • Load and unload grain commodities, blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals, and at times load railcars at certain facilities.
• Operate heavy equipment if certified, as needed.
• Work outside and, depending on the operation, contribute to day-to-day grain and agronomy operations as part of a team or independently.

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• Safety-minded with adherence to company policies.
• Ability to work outside and collaboratively in a team or independently.

This position is seasonal.
