As a Conducteur d'équipement pharmaceutique, you will join the Fabrication unit to pilot our granulation, compression, and extrusion facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and productivity of operations while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Your Responsibilities:

• Piloting the granulation, compression, and extrusion installations independently, including changes in format and products.
• Ensuring the preparation, verification of production elements, and the completion of traceability documents according to GMP rules.
• Ensuring the quality of production and performing the cleaning of equipment and associated materials.
• Actively participating in continuous improvement (Lean) actions, problem-solving, and quality investigations.
• Strictly respecting the requirements in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and planning.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Bac Pro Industrie des procédés (with min. 5 years of experience) or Bac +2 (with min. 3 years of experience in an industrial environment).
• Significant experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry.
• Diligence, organizational skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

What Will Make the Difference (Desired Qualifications):

• Knowledge of extrusion processes (including food industry).
• Mastery of dry form manufacturing processes.
• Strong technical sensitivity.
