Seed Technician

Our client, a global leader in agriculture and seed innovation, is seeking a Seed Technician to join their team. As a Seed Technician, you will be part of the Production Operations team supporting seed processing, packaging, and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to follow safety procedures, which will align successfully in the organization.

Waco, Ne Pay Range: 21 an Hour

What's the Job?

• Perform seed processing and packaging activities including receiving, cleaning, treating, sorting, counting, labeling, and warehousing seed.
• Organize, move, and place seed into storage while maintaining inventory accuracy using electronic inventory systems.
• Operate production equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and accurately complete assigned tasks using verbal and written instructions.
• Support production demands, including extended hours during peak seasonal periods.

What's Needed?

• 1–3 years of production, manufacturing, warehousing, or agricultural experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, sit, or stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills preferred.
