Location: Beaver City, NE
Pay: $20–$22/hour during training based on experience
Earning Potential: Transition to piece-rate after training with the opportunity to earn $1,200+ per week while working just 30–35 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM (leave early when production is complete)

Looking for a welding career where your hard work pays off? We're hiring experienced MIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality air trailers. After training, you'll move to a piece-rate pay structure that rewards productivity giving you the opportunity to earn $1,200+ per week while enjoying shorter workweeks.
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding and assemble trailer components according to blueprints and work orders.
Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
Measure, fit, and assemble steel components accurately.
Cut and modify materials using plasma or acetylene torches.
Remove slag, rust, and weld debris using hand and power tools.
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to safely move materials and assemblies.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
QualificationsPrevious MIG welding experience required.
Welding certification is not required.
Formal MIG welding training may be considered in place of experience.
Ability to read blueprints, work instructions and measuring tapes accurately.
Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
Comfortable working on your feet and climbing on and around trailers.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Able to work in both hot and cold environments.
$20–$22/hour training wage based on experience.
Piece-rate pay after training with earning potential of $1,200+ per week.
Weekly production bonus (up to 20% of earned production pay) based on attendance and meeting production goals.
End-of-year employee appreciation bonus.
